Réalisation du concept d’orientation de l’îlot A du Quartier de l’Étang à Vernier, comprenant 5 émergences de 12 étages, reliées par un parking sous-terrain traversant, sur 3 niveaux.

Realization of the orientation concept of the A block at Quartier de l’Étang, Vernier, made of 5 buildings, 12 floors, linked together by an underground crossing parking on 3 levels.

La complexité de l’îlot est due à son envergure, mais surtout parce qu’il se compose à la fois de bureaux, d’un centre commercial, de trois hôtels et d’une résidence étudiante.

The complexity of the block is due to its size, but mostly by its assignment: offices, a mall, three hotels and a student residence.

Le système d’orientation doit pouvoir satisfaire, les usagers de l’îlots, les habitants du quartier et également les visiteurs externes.

The orientation system has to satisfy at the same time, the block users, the local residents and also the external visitors.
